Two local chapters of the Daughters of the American Revolution--Peaks of Otter and Poplar Forest--have donated a historical marker to Liberty University to mark the site of the Revolutionary era New London Arsenal. The pubic is invited to attend a dedication ceremony at the old Bedford Alum Springs Hotel property in New London on Friday, April 17 at 4:00 pm.
