Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with a ride through one of Virginia’s oldest coastal regions. Beginning in the historic town square of Onancock-a port town dating to the 1600s-cyclists set out on scenic routes that wind through farmland, waterfront villages, and historic communities across Virginia’s Eastern Shore.

Riders can choose from four distances (25K, 50K, 100K, or 100 miles), each offering a unique way to experience the landscapes and small towns that shaped life along this peninsula for centuries. After the ride, participants return to Onancock for a celebratory lunch in the heart of one of the Shore’s most historic downtowns.

As part of the Eastern Shore’s VA250 commemorations, riders will sport special red, white, and blue themed jerseys recognizing the nation’s 250th anniversary.
